Brisbane GISS contacted player Zennon Caravella has re-signed with Omini, world 2nd division Netherlands.

Melbourne GISS player player Domenic Marafioti has signed with Lavagnese, serie D Italy.

Daniele Cacia has completed formalities and moved from serie B team Piacenza Calcio to Fiorentina serie A, Italy.

George Markelis has been invited to return to Europe in July 2008 to sign with Elche' 2nd division, Spain.

After a strong performance over the March 2007 Italian tour, GISS Elite squad member Julien Cannizzaro has been selected by Morris Pagniello to trial for 2 weeks from 7th January with ex serie A and B, now serie D team Trento Calcio.

Singapore National goalkeeper Lional Lewis, currently training with Manchester City, is awaiting trials through GISS with Turkish club giant Galatasaray.

GISS is proud to announce that after a great run in Europe, June 2007, Theo Markelis has met with Spanish 1st division giants, Valencia Club de Fútbol. Theo is back in Melbourne to continue training with GISS and take Spanish lessons prior to his departure for Valencia in July 2008.

Melbourne GISS player Marco Rosano played his first official game for Barisardo Fc, in the national 'Coppa Italia' and his performance has already created interest from nearby serie D Athletico Cagliari for the December transfer market.

Julian Uccello (Canadian player, age 21) signed with Rivarolese serie "D"(Italy).

Mathew Macri (Canadian player, age 17) signing with Catanzaro serie "C2" (Italy).

Riccardo Albarello (Italian player, age 19) signed with Amposta 3rd division, (Spain).

Diego Cunzolo (Argentinean player, age 22) signed with finale Ligure Italian serie "Promozione" (Italy).

Cosimo Sarli (Italian player, age 28) signed with Catanzaro serie "C2" (Italy).

Piero Logatto (Italian player, age 29) signed with Modica serie "D" (Italy).

GISS has signed Dmitri Koltsov with Elche 2nd Division Spanish team, July 2007. Dmitri is an ex-Serie B player for Dynamo Kiev, Ancona Calcio, Pistoia and Chieti, and signed with Serie D team Casteggio Broni through Piacenza serie B.

GISS is pleased that after a successful season in the German 3rd division FC Bayern, as top goal scorer, Daniel Zaccante has been asked to trial for Italian Serie B team, Spezia Calcio.

Finished the season with Italian serie D team, Saluzzo and is now awaiting trials in Serie C.

Marco finished a successful season with Italian Serie D team FC Vado, and will now be trialling with Switzerland 2nd div team, Chiasso, coached by ex-euro champion Atillio Lombardo.
